We are a close team of IT experts who work in turquoise. You won't find traditional job positions with us, only roles in which people get space to use their strengths. We are each other's friends, equal partners, coaches and mentors. And that makes us strong.

The boys say that I am an important reinforcement from the far east of Slovakia. I come from Košice and in recent years I have established myself in Ostrava, where I worked for the Scandinavian TIETO. I enjoy programming, personal development and recently also turquoise. I've been in DEVELOG for a few months, so I'm looking around and I have to say that what the guys told me is really true :)

I like to learn, study everything new and am interested in development, innovation and the future. But that doesn't mean I can't work on existing things. Guys say I'm responsible and good at getting things done. I don't mind a set of tasks, I either knock them off myself or organize them so that it is done correctly and on time. I like challenges and I'm not afraid of roles outside my comfort zone. It is not a problem for me to throw myself into non-programming roles. I'm happy when I can take a longer vacation and go to the mountains, think and relax. It's nice when the boys and I push each other forward, that's how I learn the fastest.

Hi, I'm Maťo and I'm the frontman of our party. I'm always up for something new and I was one of the founders of DEVELOGI. I communicate a lot with our customers, I like meeting new people. Like others, I am enthusiastic about learning new things, I like to tinker with new architecture designs, which I have no problem presenting or defending. I was at the creation of DEVELOGI from the very beginning and I am its co-founder. I enjoy strategizing, learning, and gathering points of interest that we can use together for the benefit of all. I am clear about how our company should work and I try to do a little bit every day to bring us closer to my vision. In addition to programming, I mainly focus on the development of turquoise culture and am the author of a number of initiatives that we implement into practical operation.

I've tried quite a lot for my age. I programmed complex systems, I developed games with my friends where we didn't quite break through, but we learned a lot. Jakub Sedláček and I have known each other since childhood and it was our dream to start a business. When I met how the guys at DEVELOG want to do it, I got excited and joined the guys as a working partner. Their thoughts and ideas took me out of the old idea of how a programming company should work. I am excited about the way we approach work, and I watch with my own incredulity how we succeed together in fulfilling the company's goals.

I always want to calmly think things through, analyze, play with technologies and then come up with a quality solution. I am of the opinion that it is not important how many hours you work, but what and how much functional work you create in that time.

Founder

I co-founded DEVELOGI two years after I and my colleague Martin Krkoška managed to build and subsequently sell the largest Moravian digital agency PRIA. I like to be interested in new topics, I like to learn and learn new things. All my life I think about what is a GOOD life and try to live it. After the sale of PRIA, I started looking into what the purpose of business is and what it should serve. Thanks to my creativity and imagination, I contributed to the fact that we connected the idea of a Decent Company to the rather ossified IT/programming world and the result is DEVELOGI.

In the future, when I free my hands more and when I have completed my education, I would like to focus more on facilitation, coaching, developing business contacts with beneficial companies and also developing our corporate culture. The ultimate aspiration is to improve in the role of a snack bar, which I hold among other things here.

I am communicative, energetic and always in a positive mood, thanks to which I enrich our team with an important optimistic outlook. I throw myself into every action with an open mind, joy and eagerness. I enjoy exploring new technologies and embarking on new projects. In my free time, I like to climb a mountain on ski slopes, float down a river in a kayak or climb a small rock. Among my strengths are responsibility and the ability to bring things down to the last detail - you will have to watch out for excessive jewelry with me and sometimes guide me to the goal.

Despite my young age, I've tried software development from all angles and in different technologies, so I don't like to reach for the same tools to solve different problems. In the right situation, I am not afraid to take the helm and lead those around me to the goal in my professional, but also in my personal life.
